  1. CONDUCTOR: Flex, pure nickel (Ni)
  2. CONDUCTOR INSULATION: Double layer Polyimide tape (Number coded)
  3. CONDUCTOR INSULATION: Double layer mica lappings
  4. CONDUCTOR INSULATION (BRAIDING): Coated silica braiding
  5. OVERALL INSULATION: Polyimide or PTFE tape
  6. OVERALL INSULATION: Double layer mica lappings
  7. OVERALL INSULATION (BRAIDING): Coated silica braiding
  8. ARMOUR (SWB): Steel wire braiding

  • Any installations that are permanently subjected to very high temperatures.
CHARACTERISTICS
Physical - Chemical
Continuous working temperatures: 
  • +900°C to Peaks +1200°C
  • Good resistance to thermal shock, radiation and ageing.
  • Good resistance to humidity and mould
  • Excellent resistance to aggressive environments.

Electrical
Working Voltage : 600 / 1000 V. Test Voltage : 2500 V.
